You agree to use 13AI services only for lawful purposes. You must be the rightful owner of any device submitted for unlock services, or have explicit authorization from the owner.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via cryptocurrency. Once an unlock is successfully completed, the payment is final. If the unlock cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued to your wallet.

6. Service Availability

13AI strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

13AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on 13AI is the intellectual property of 13AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
